Banh Mi Burger

The recipe is simple and easy.

Banh Mi Burger 

Ingredients:

red beans (soaked or canned)
daikon
carrots
cucumbers
onion
white vinegar
sweetener of choice
potato
salt
pepper
Dijon mustard
paprika
cumin
oregano
garlic
button mushrooms
thyme
parsley
black pepper
potatoes
oat flour or rolled oats
tapioca starch

 

For pickled veggies for 30 min: Daikon, Carrots, Cucumbers, Onion, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt 

For burger patty: Salt, Pepper, Mash up cooked red beans with Dijon mustard, Garlic, Cumin, Oregano. Paprika

For pate: Puree or fine chop Button mushrooms with Thyme, Parsley, Garlic, Salt, Pepper 

For potato bun: Parboil, season, and chop potatoes into hash brown consistency to fry. Mix with oat flour, tapioca starch and mold into the shape of a bun.
